The Global Ambassador Hotel is a Michelin Key luxury destination in Phoenix, known for redefining urban hospitality. What You’ll Do
Turn down the bed, remove trash, tidy the room, clean the bathroom, remove used towels, straighten guest belongings, replenish ice, among other tasks
Conduct visual room inspection upon completion
Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with the hotel's green guidelines
Perform Room Attendant and other housekeeping services, as requested
Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
work alone or with a co-worker.
Qualifications
Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and customer service focus
Ability to spend long periods walking, standing, bending
Trustworthiness with accessing guest rooms required
Professionalism to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliability and availability for evening shifts
Must be able to lift at least 20 lbs. and be able to climb stairs
Must be willing and able to interact with guests and co-workers and be able to speak/read/write English and communicate with guests to accommodate needs and requests
A great attitude is required with ability to work weekends/holidays
