Job Overview:
The Senior Clinical Product Manager, Behavioral Science at Omada is a pivotal cross-functional leader who applies clinical expertise and product development experience to resolve complex challenges at the intersection of healthcare and technology. Partnering closely with Engineering, Product & Design (EPD), and Care Delivery, you will guide product development squads to deliver clinically rigorous safe, equitable, and engaging solutions that produce outcomes at scale. As a clinical leader embedded in our product development squads, you will drive our cross-functional efforts to produce clinical outcomes at scale.
We are seeking a strategic, scientifically grounded, and creatively minded leader to serve as an internal subject matter expert (SME) on behavior change at Omada. This role will be instrumental in ensuring our product experiences are not only engaging and user-centered but also grounded in the science of sustainable behavior change that drives meaningful, measurable health outcomes. You will be a thought leader and hands-on practitioner, ensuring interventions are grounded in evidence-based frameworks, aligned with Omada’s mission, and designed for impact at scale.
Reporting to the Director, Clinical Product, and focused on Omada’s Cardiometabolic Condition suite, you will navigate the complexities of building clinically efficacious, safe, equitable and engaging products in a rapid pace environment. You will establish alignment across stakeholders, recommend changes to practices when needed, and set clear, measurable objectives that connect daily work to company-wide goals.

You are passionate about changing healthcare through building user-centered technology and scaling a virtual healthcare program. You are an experienced clinician with expertise in supporting the management of obesity, diabetes and hypertension. You understand deeply how technology should be integrated with clinical workflows. You’ve worked with EPD teams to deliver healthcare products and understand the processes of user-centered design and continuous discovery. You have a love for data and evidence-based decision making. You are highly organized and an excellent communicator.

Below is a summary of salary ranges for this role in the following geographies:
California, New York State and Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $165,600 - $207,000*, Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $158,400 - $198,000*. Other states may vary.
This role is also eligible for participation in annual cash bonus and equity grants.
*The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, such as the candidate's skills and experience, and other business considerations.
