We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing team!

You’ll be cleaning residential homes, apartments, and short-term rental properties (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) under our company’s brand.

This is a flexible, independent contractor position — perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys independence, and wants to grow with a company that truly values its cleaners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean homes, apartments, and vacation rentals to a high standard.
• Follow checklists for bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas.
• Restock supplies and report any damages or missing items.
• Communicate arrival/completion through the company app or text.
• Provide great customer service and maintain professionalism at all times.

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ year of professional cleaning experience (preferred, not required).
• Must have your own transportation and cleaning supplies.
• Must have or be willing to get liability insurance.
• Reliable phone and ability to take clear before/after photos.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and respect for client property.

COMPENSATION

• Pay: $25–$40 per hour (based on job type and performance).
• Paid weekly via direct deposit.
• Bonuses for 5-star reviews, reliability, and top performance.

SCHEDULE

• Flexible hours — you set your availability.
