Overview HealthFitness is seeking Personal Trainers to join the fitness team at our corporate client locations in Sunnyvale, CA and San Bruno, CA. Hours are based on scheduled appointments. You will design customized workout programs, conduct fitness testing and assessments, provide one-on-one training, and educate participants on the fundamentals of strength and cardiovascular training, as well as the proper and safe use of applicable equipment. Responsibilities Design customized workout programs for members based on individual needs Conduct fitness testing and assessments and advise participants on results Provide one-on-one personal training Educate on fundamentals of strength and cardiovascular training and safe equipment use Minimum Requirements Current Personal Training certification from an industry-recognized and HealthFitness-approved provider Adult First Aid & CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, National Safety Council, or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems Compensation Commission-based position.
