Responsibilities Run a profitable restaurant and ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards. Work with the restaurant leader to set goals and create a plan to achieve them. Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set and monitor goals, providing coaching and direction to improve their departments. Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right leadership for the future. Qualifications Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations. A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired; hospitality or retail experience may also be considered. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
