Job Summary: RCM&D is currently searching for a Healthcare Risk Management Consultant in our SISCO department. This position is responsible for developing and providing healthcare risk management consulting services and products by applying the risk management process.

A Day in the Life:

• Analyze and make recommendations to clients for exposures leading to potential liability losses by reviewing client losses, seeking information on common risks and exposures leading to those losses.
• Communicate legislative, regulatory and technical developments efficient and effectively to clients.
• Compose professional written reports for clients including the risk assessment report and risk analysis responses.
• Participate in new Business Development activities.
• Comply with E&O Plus, legal and regulatory requirements. Support our clients with claim issues when requested.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• At least 4 years of healthcare risk management experience
• Technical expertise
• CPHRM preferred
• Registered Nurse licensure or other healthcare professional license, such as Physical Therapy are preferred.

• Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and insurance companies.
• Active driver's license, as driving to client meetings is a requirement.
