About the job Digital Marketing Specialist Job SummaryThe Digital Marketing Specialist is an essential role focused on using your digital experiences to help facilitate critical tasks across multiple digital channels. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Digital, you will be part of a fast-paced environment with enthusiastic professionals to bring the 'puzzle pieces' of the various digital channels together.Job DescriptionDuties/Responsibilities[The following reflects duties for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time for business reasons.]Implement and maintain our weekly digital assigned tasks.Manage and publish weekly content utilizing platforms such as Google Ads, WordPress and various social media channels.Work with the marketing team to streamline and optimize campaigns.Ensure content is consistent concerning style, quality and tone.Create quality assurance guidelines and process to maximize user experience.Provide regular reporting on KPIs to key stakeholders.Minimum Job RequirementsBachelors Degree in Marketing or related field1 year of marketing experience preferredBeginner knowledge of HTMLHands-on experience utilizing social mediaPrior Digital Marketing Experience with video experience is a plusExperience with Direct-to-Consumer brands is a plusExperience in insurance, healthcare, or similarly regulated industries is a plusKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesExcellent time management, organization and communication skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work with digital content management systems.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Basic understanding of HTML Vets Hired
