Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). - Previous experience coaching or administering high school athletics. - Strong knowledge of athletic program management, including scheduling, budgeting, and compliance. - Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills. - Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in athletics. - Thoughtful approach to how Christian faith engages with personal vocation and/ or intellectual life.
