Overview Boyer Children's Clinic is currently seeking a part-time ASL (American Sign Language) Interpreter to join our team. Boyer provides medical, therapy, special education and family services to infants and young children with developmental delays, and their families. For more information, visit Our ASL Interpreter will provide interpretation services to help support designated Boyer staff members in providing Boyer services to children and families. The right person will be able to work collaboratively and earn trust quickly, while maintaining a focus on our overall mission. Responsibilities Provide high quality professional American Sign language interpreting in-person at Boyer locations and in family homes, and via telephone or Zoom. Coordinate schedule with designated Boyer staff members to ensure support is provided when needed. Communicate with designated Boyer staff members prior to scheduled visits, as needed. Ensure ethical practices are present in all interpretations. Schedule Estimated to be around 20 hours per month, with potential for increased or variable hours, depending need.
