KPMG is seeking a Product Manager, Deltek, to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a remote work opportunity.

Responsibilities :

1. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to optimize the use of Deltek CostPoint.
2. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues within the Deltek ERP ecosystem; ensure compliance with federal regulations and engagement requirements.
3. Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and enhance system capabilities.
4. Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement system improvements; support configuration and testing of updates, patches, and new features.
5. Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business users, ensuring system functionality aligns with business goals; conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users.
6. Ensure system usage complies with internal controls, governance standards, and federal regulations; stay updated on accounting standards and implement necessary changes.

Qualifications :

• Minimum seven years of recent experience working with Deltek CostPoint ERP in a functional role; familiarity with modules such as CostPoint, Time and Expense, and reporting tools.
• Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.
• Experience in professional services organizations; managing relationships with system owners or work streams; supporting federal engagements is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, including federal compliance (FAR, DFARs).
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. No sponsorship available for this role.
