Accounting Clerk
Starting Pay: $18.00/hour.
Location: Remote in Las Vegas, NV (with occasional in-office work).
Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours.
Reports To: Chief Accountant.

Job Summary:

We’re seeking a motivated self-starter Data Entry / Entry-Level Accounting Clerk to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with 2-3 years of experience who’s ready to build a solid foundation in accounting and administrative support. You’ll be responsible for entering financial data, assisting with reconciliations, and supporting the accounting team with day-to-day tasks. You will report directly to the Chief Accountant, receiving guidance and mentorship to help you grow in your role.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter invoices, receipts, and other financial data into accounting systems.
• Assist with bank and account reconciliations.
• Maintain organized digital records and documentation.
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Perform general administrative duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in data entry or accounting support.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. 
• Experience with QuickBooks is required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate virtually.
