Zildjian Artist Relations Assistant

**The Role:** **Artist Relations Assistant Norwell, MA**

To provide support to artist relations staff around administration and clinic program support.

**LOCATION:**

Corporate Office located at 22 Longwater Dr., Norwell. MA 02061 (office based)

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**

Process all workload as requested by AR staff pertaining to artist orders, invoices, purchase orders, shipping & receiving, gear delivery and returns - including issuing credits for all returned products.

Manage all AR Dept.s generic voicemail and email inboxes.

Manage the creation of new artist files and maintain artist agreements both digitally and physically.

Maintain and update all artist records in system (Syteline).

Track artists yearly swap amounts

Assist in tracking and managing all AR offices inventory, artist returns, credits, etc.

Manage scheduling with AR staff for artist office visits, factory tours and cymbal/stick selection appointments.

Process all Clinic Support Requests for all artists at the direction of AR Managers and VP of AR.

Manage and track all clinic payments to artists or co-sponsors.

Manage clinic support materials inventory (Domestic and International) and shipments to clinic events.

Assist all AR staff with coordinating and supporting events internal and external.

Assist with booking meetings and catering arrangements for AR staff when needed.

Assist with AR staffs flight, hotel and restaurant bookings when needed.

Manage all Artist Anniversary programs.

Coordinate with Marketing Department when requests for any artist info is needed.

Requirements

**Requirements Desired:**

Minimum of two years experience as an Administrative Assistant or comparable skills.

Experience dealing with contracts is helpful.

Outgoing personality

A team player who likes to collaborate.

The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with strong organizational and project management skills.

Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Styeline preferred.

Being a percussionist/drummer is desired. Knowing our product line is a plus.

Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional publications and business information. Ability to write reports if needed.

Good problem solving and detailed oriented.

Self starter that can work without a lot of direction. Communicates steps taken.
