We are looking for Virtual Staff Lawyers with Personal Injury experience! CEO Lawyer is a rapidly growing personal injury law firm in downtown Atlanta. We are seeking a Full-Time remote Staff Lawyer to assist in our Intake department. Must be Bilingual (English - Spanish). Your day-to-day activities will vary, giving you plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. Responsibilities: Provide support to the department you are assigned with various tasks. (Currently looking for Intake and Pre-Litigation). Review emails and chats constantly for new leads, file setups, audits, or other requests as needed. Organize contracts, termination letters, photos, and other documents on the cloud/ systems. Answer all the inbound calls, from clients, and/or leads with great customer service skills, and when needed, transfer it to the right member of the team. Set up Filevine projects for new clients or the tools requested or update information and documentation. Register all the comments, observations, and updates in our systems. Follow up on the leads assigned, ensure a great quality interaction, and clean up the old Leads in the Lead-docket. (Intake) Open claims and support the Case Manager/ Paralegal with the tasks needed for the case (Pre-Lit). Complete and share the EOD report every day at the end of the shift. Requirements Intake: Experience negotiating (law field, Personal Injury, or similar). Requirements: Studies: Law graduate/student Must be Bilingual (English - Spanish). General Requirements: Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite Strong communication skills (Active listening). Ability to collect data and learn quickly. Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently, complying with the processes. Fully Bilingual (English). Your PC or Laptop (A Wired connection to your modem is recommended) Headset with noise canceling / quiet place to work in. This job is remote, and you will be responsible for your local taxes.
