Job Overview:

KDP is seeking an experienced and visionary leader to serve as our Vice President of Marketing Technology and Enablement (VP, MarTech) . As the leader of this new function, you will partner closely with Technology leadership to spearhead the development and implementation of innovative marketing technology strategies that enhance customer engagement, drive data-driven decision-making, and optimize the performance of our marketing initiatives. This role is instrumental in shaping the future of marketing operations, blending creativity with cutting-edge technology. Additionally, you will play a key role on developing processes and systems to facilitate key marketing initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Technology Strategy Development: Formulate and execute a comprehensive marketing technology strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and enhances marketing capabilities.
  • Technology Implementation and Management: Oversee the implementation and management of marketing technology platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Data Analysis and Optimization: Utilize advanced data analytics to measure marketing performance, optimize campaigns, and provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Team Leadership: Develop and lead a team of marketing technology professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and commercial, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing technology initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in marketing technology or a similar role, with a proven track record of successful technology implementations.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, data analytics, and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
