\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work on a 36-bed medical/surgical unit providing 24/7 nursing care
\n• Patient population includes adolescents (17 years and older) to geriatric patients
\n• Patient ratios of 1:5/6
\n• Float required to different units as needed
\n• Fast-paced environment with potential for different patient assignments throughout shift
\n• Care for patients with general and surgical needs including general surgery, colorectal surgery, abdominal surgeries, mastectomy, thyroidectomy, urology, women's health, gynecology, plastics, ENT, trauma, cardiothoracic, orthopedic, and spinal/neuro overflow
\n• Provide care for women with obstetrical issues such as intra-uterine fetal demise, preeclampsia, hyperemesis, substance abuse withdrawal, and diabetic pregnancies
\n• Must have 2+ years of recent med/surg experience
\n• Epic experience within the last year required
\n• BLS certification required
\n• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required
\n• Solid black scrubs required
\n• Maximum of 7 days RTO accepted
\n• Block schedules not accommodated
