We are hiring a Systems Technician to support transport refrigeration units and equipment-mounted industrial systems . This role is focused on diagnostics and repair of refrigeration, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems — not general vehicle or fleet maintenance .
This is a strong fit for technicians who enjoy troubleshooting complex systems, working with pressures and controls, and taking ownership of repairs from diagnosis through resolution.
Transport refrigeration units (Carrier, Thermo King, and similar)
Industrial and equipment-mounted mechanical systems
Hydraulic systems : cylinders, pumps, hoses, valves
Electrical controls : sensors, wiring, relays, fault diagnostics
Compressors, PTO-driven systems, and pressure-based equipment
Preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs
Diagnose and repair refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Perform leak detection, system charging, and pressure testing
Troubleshoot electrical faults using schematics and diagnostic tools
Repair or replace components such as compressors, pumps, cylinders, hoses, and controls
Follow OEM procedures and safety standards
Accurately document repairs and parts usage
Work independently in the field or alongside a team as needed
3+ years of experience as a systems-based technician
(transport refrigeration, heavy equipment, industrial maintenance, machinery, or similar)
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Comfortable working with pressure systems, diagnostics, and controls
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work on-call when required
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and meet physical job requirements

Note: Chassis-only, fleet PM, or tire/brake-only backgrounds are not a fit for this role.
