What You Will Do: The program includes hands-on training, classroom instruction, and mentorship from experienced professionals in the field. Participants learn about the proper handling, cleaning, and sterilization of surgical instruments and medical equipment. Upon completion, graduates are well-prepared to support patient safety and contribute to the overall efficiency of the healthcare team.
