Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a Sr Legal Receptionist to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Wilmington, DE.

Job Title: Sr Legal Receptionist
Work Location: Wilmington, DE
Duration: Long-term contract with option to hire

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent



Job Description & Responsibilities :

• Provides exceptional service within a Legal office/environment by greeting/assisting all visitors and answering and handling incoming calls for the customer/business.
• Performs administrative duties as necessary.
• Maintains utmost professionalism and willingness to assist the Legal customers to include but not limited to law partners, paralegals and legal administrative assistants with value added services.
• Meets and greets all visitors and employees to the firm, providing them a professional welcome, going above and beyond in their service approach.
• Answering inbound calls via Office Receptionist Desk.
• Greet and direct office visitors, schedule and set up conference room meetings, update daily activities via spreadsheets, route calls as instructed.
• Walking throughout the office periodically and no lifting beyond 50#.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and excellent communication both verbally and in writing.
• Customer service in a professional office space.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Resume must reflect working experience of legal Reception in last 3 years.
• Seeking a career oriented person who wants to grow and has computer skills coupled with customer service skills.
• Must be professional and ability to communicate via email, verbal and in writing in a professional manner at all times.
• Dress code is Business professional
• Parking is not free
• Must be vaccinated by customer request.
