Ecosouth Florida LLC in Nokomis, FL is seeking a dedicated Site Manager to oversee our operations. This pivotal role offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $75,000 annually. $70,000 - $75,000 yearly

This will be a supervisor role and will entail the following but not limited to:

• Supervise employees on daily tasks and improvements
• Review Equipment Inspection Reports Daily
• Become knowledgeable of Operation Plans, County Contract
• Maintain Site and Employee Safety
• Become or be Knowledgeable of recyclable materials and how to process materials
• Deliver Monthly/Weekly Safety Meetings
• Maintain Good County Relations
• Computer skills to Input Daily Tonnages, Revenue, and Recycling spreadsheets
• Close communication with the Supervisor
• Maintain Facility Infrastructure
• Produce monthly tonnage reports
• Follow company policies and procedures and be able to adapt to changes

Preferences:

• Equipment Experience (Loader, Excavator, Dump truck…. Horizontal grinder proficient a plus)
• Self-Driven
• Safety Oriented
• Able to communicate effectively and efficiently with Employees, Customers, County and Supervisor
• Waste Industry Experience is a plus
• Problem-Solving
• Equipment Maintenance knowledgeable
• Supervisory Experience
• Goal Oriented

Monday-Saturday

Hours:

7:00-5:00 Monday Thru Friday
7:00-2:00 Saturday
