As an IC Failure Analysis (FA) Lab Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting the failure analysis process by coordinating and maintaining tools, lab facilities, and safety protocols. While not directly involved in the FA process, you will ensure that all materials needed for FA are readily available and that the lab operates efficiently.
Critical:
Strong ability to debug and troubleshoot issues at both the electrical and hardware levels.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Required:
Expert with basic EE knowledge (bachelor EE knowledge)
Expert with understanding schematic
Experience with PCB design
Ability to analyze power consumption and signal integrity measurements.
Proficiency in using lab test equipment and conducting hands-on testing.
Proficiency in using CAD tools such as Cadence Allegro and Altium.
Familiarity with MIPI(C-Phy and D-Phy), I2C, I3C, and SPI protocols and interfaces.
Understanding of SIPI to guide the layout engineers.
Preferred:
Experience with high-speed interfaces .
Knowledge of scripting for test automation and data analysis ( Python preferred ).
Experience in EE design (Schematics, Layout)
