Schedule : M-F 8-5 (non billable lunch) flexable depending on business needs

This role will be mostly remote with some potential day(s) on site (in Palo Alto/SF, Irvine/Tustin or Vancouver area) with flexability depending on business needs

This is what you'll do:

- Lead and execute recruiting strategy that takes into account Company's need to hire professionals at the tops of their fields who are located all over the country and the world


- Develop internal communications and processes for high internal visibility of progress toward achieving hiring targets


- Develop interview process that supports hiring for Rivian's culture and values and work intensively with design, engineering, and business functions to improve every employee's effectiveness at identifying the right talent


- Work hard, exceed expectations, challenge


This is what you'll need:

- 5+ years of recruiting experience conducting national talent searches, preferably at a firm that experienced rapid growth for sustained period of at least 12 months


- Experience hiring for highly specialized technical roles


- Bachelors Degree preferred
