Senior Tax Manager

Job Title: Senior Tax Manager 
In office requirement: 3 days per week
Job Location: 5 Locations around Southern Connecticut 
Base Salary: $150k - $200k
Requirements: 10+ Years of Public Accounting Experience (with a CPA firm) - Generalist Background preferred

We are a growing firm of about 50 employees who was founded in 2017. We are quicky growing into a regional feel with clients coming from national firms. We specialize in a number of industries including Construction, Healthcare, Technology, Non-Profit, Technology, Manufacturing/Distribution, Real Estate, Retail, Professional Services, and many more. We take a "hands-on" approach bringing a collaborative environment for all our employees and taking the steps necessary to really invest in our employees. We strive to give our employees the tools needed to become successful and advance within our firm. We currently have 5 locations around the southern Connecticut area, but we can also offer flexible remote options.

 

What You Need for this Position

Required:

• 10+ years of Public Accounting experience
• Prep for S-Corps, C-Corps, Partnerships, Individual & Multi-state tax
• Review for S-Corps, C-Corps, Partnerships, Individual & Multi-state tax
• High Level of Technical knowledge 
  • Experience working with clients in the $10 million - $100 million revenue range
• Active CPA or EA

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with Gift, Trust, and Estate Returns
• Experience Signing off on Returns
• Transaction and Business Advisory experience

Base Salary: $150,000 - $200,000

• Work Weeks based on 37.5 hours schedule - anything over is OT (for true-up)
