Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Provide teletherapy speech-language services as a licensed SLP supporting elementary students within a Massachusetts school district, fully remote from Castle Rock, Colorado.

This contract role offers a full-time caseload of approximately 35 elementary-aged students across 2-3 sites. Services are delivered via teletherapy, allowing for a flexible work-from-home schedule during the remainder of the school year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver teletherapy speech-language pathology interventions to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting consistent with professional and district standards
• Participate in virtual team meetings and professional development sessions as required

Qualifications:

• Current Massachusetts SLP license
• Bachelors degree in speech-language pathology or related field (Masters degree preferred)
• Prior experience providing speech-language services in a school environment is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with an energetic and positive approach to student success

Location: Remote work from Castle Rock, Colorado; servicing Massachusetts school district students via teletherapy.
