Our client in MetroWest, MA is seeking a full time direct hire Salesforce.com Administrator. The SFDC Administrator will: work with the sales team and other key stake holders, gather requirements, import data from SFDC and SAP, develop reports, and train users. To be considered, you must have: SFDC experience as a user and Administrator Experience with MS Excel, specifically around Pivot Tables and creating reports Strong interpersonal and communication skills within all channels of an organization, up to and including the C-Suite Strong organizational and time management skills Desire for long term growth and proven track record of progressive career advancement Nice to have, but not required: Exposure to BI Tools, specifically Tableau Experience in a life sciences manufacturing environment Understanding of manufacturing process and how it aligns with the sales life cycle Experience with SAP NOTE: Must be local and willing / able to be onsite regularly (~50% of time); this position does not offer relocation or visa sponsorship Business And Technology Solutions, LLC
