Avetta is hiring a skilled
Salesforce Quality Assurance Tester to join our dynamic team in our Lehi, Utah office. In this role, you will drive the continuous improvement of our QA processes, ensuring optimal product reliability and release efficiency. Your responsibilities will include developing comprehensive test plans, identifying best practice test tools, conducting a variety of tests, and reporting on outcomes. Experience with test automation platforms and the Salesforce ecosystem is essential.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain automated regression tests to enhance product stability.
- Write unit tests for business scenarios not covered by current apex test classes.
- Proactively identify and mitigate quality risks, facilitating smooth releases.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within Salesforce to manage QA processes effectively.
- Implement agile best practices to support rapid development cycles.
- Communicate test plans, progress updates, and escalate issues to the development team.
- Identify, document, and track bugs, ensuring thorough resolution.
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical designs.
- Create detailed test cases and execute testing processes for new and existing products.
- Engage with internal teams (e.g., developers, product managers) to align on system requirements.
- Provide real-time support for Salesforce and integrated application issues.
- Contribute to large-scale data improvement initiatives within Salesforce.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation on integrations, processes, and solutions.
Qualifications: - 4+ years of QA experience in a Salesforce development environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce test concepts and automated testing tools (e.g., sandboxes, unit tests, Selenium).
- Hands-on experience using debug logs to troubleshoot Apex and declarative tools issues.
- Ability to collaborate with Business Analysts to create actionable tickets for development teams.
- Strong drive to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Prior experience with Sales and Service Cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work a HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE (3 days in Office and 2 days Remote from Home) and come into Avetta's Lehi Office located at 3300 Triumph Blvd Ste. 800, Lehi, UT 84043.
