What You'll Do:

• Actively prospect and network to generate your own leads.

• Conduct property inspections to assess damage and identify opportunities for roofing and solar solutions.

• Create project estimates, proposals, and work orders.

• Manage customer relationships, providing clear and consistent communication from start to finish.

• Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth project execution.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Compensation: Earn a guaranteed base pay of $700 per week for your first month to get you started. After the first month, your earnings will transition to a full commission structure with unlimited earning potential. Our top performers earn $85,000 to $150,000+ per year!

• Comprehensive Training: No experience in roofing or solar? No problem! We provide a full online training dashboard, ongoing mentorship, and a supportive team environment to ensure your success.

• Dual-Product Sales: Maximize your income by offering both roofing and solar solutions. These products go hand-in-hand, giving you more opportunities to close deals and serve your clients.

• Growth Opportunities: We are a growing company, and we believe in promoting from within.

Qualifications:

• A self-motivated, proactive attitude with excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• A professional and clean appearance.

• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
