We are seeking a Roofing Sales Representative to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

RoofCo is a leading provider of roofing solutions to Commercial and Residential property owners. As an Outside Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our growth and success by providing roofing and exterior improvement solutions to homeowners. You will conduct in-home inspections, assess customer needs, and deliver compelling presentations to help homeowners make informed decisions.

Our ideal candidate is an ambitious, self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a customer-first mindset. You must be comfortable working in residential environments, climbing ladders, walking on roofs, and inspecting attic spaces.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on company-provided leads, complete bids, and close sales.
  • Conduct multiple in-home roofing and exterior inspections daily.
  • Identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and guide them through the consultation process.
  • Deliver dynamic, company-approved presentations to educate and inform homeowners.
  • Maintain a professional and organized appearance, including vehicle and sales materials.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and trade shows.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork (contracts, financing, etc.) is properly completed.
  • Adhere to company sales processes and best practices.

Qualifications

  • In-home sales or home improvement sales experience preferred (roofing experience not required).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and build trust.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to present complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Comfortable working on roofs, climbing ladders, and accessing attics.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (background check required).
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and iOS tools preferred.

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Flexible weekly schedule with occasional evening and weekend (Saturday/Sunday) appointments.
  • Regularly engaged in outside sales, requiring travel to customer locations.
  • Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions.

$60,000 to $100,000 first year earning potential. Depends on how much you put into it!!!
