We are looking for driven, self-motivated sales professionals to join our team and help homeowners and businesses with their roofing needs.

As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting roof inspections, providing estimates, and closing sales. This is a high-earning potential opportunity for individuals who are motivated and enjoy building relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through door-to-door outreach, networking, and referrals

• Conduct roof inspections and provide detailed assessments

• Educate customers on roofing options and insurance claim processes

• Prepare and present estimates to homeowners and business owners

• Close sales and manage customer relationships throughout the project

• Work closely with the production team to ensure successful project completion

Requirements:

• Sales experience (roofing or construction sales preferred, but not required)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated with a desire to succeed

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
