General Manager – Chapel Hill, NC
Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 + bonuses

Join a landmark, community-focused restaurant in downtown Chapel Hill as our next General Manager! We're looking for a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, a commitment to outstanding service, and the skills to drive restaurant success—without late nights or sacrificing work-life balance.

The Role:

• Oversee all daily restaurant, bar, and event operations
• Lead, motivate, and develop your team
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and budgets
• Analyze sales and drive improvements
• Uphold high standards for service and cleanliness
• Collaborate on menu, vendors, and strategy
• Report to owner and tackle challenges as they arise

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of GM experience in restaurants ($2M+ sales preferred)
• Financial management skills
• Strong leader and communicator
• Problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible for weekends and holidays
