We are a dynamic and growing real estate company looking for a talented Videographer & Photographer with a passion for real estate marketing. If you're a creative professional with expertise in capturing stunning visuals, directing video shoots, and delivering high-quality content, we want you on our team! Responsibilities: • Capture high-quality photos and videos of residential and commercial properties for marketing purposes. • Edit photos and videos to enhance visual appeal and showcase property features accurately. • Collaborate with real estate agents and marketing team to ensure the content meets branding guidelines and targets the right audience. • Manage equipment and ensure it is properly maintained and ready for use at all times. • Stay current with industry trends and technologies to continually improve the quality of visual content produced. Qualifications: Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in real estate photography and videography. • Proficiency with drone operation for aerial shots. • Skilled in using high-production equipment, including lighting and microphones. • Expertise in video editing with Adobe Premiere or other platforms. • Proficiency in Photoshop for photo editing and enhancements. • Ability to work collaboratively and direct others during video shoots. • Strong planning and organizational skills for coordinating video projects. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in the real estate industry. • Creative mindset with the ability to bring ideas to life.
