Job Description

Fenway Property Advisors is excited to welcome a new full-time support member to our growing team in the vibrant Fenway neighborhood of Boston! We’re looking for a friendly and energetic individual who thrives on organization and enjoys supporting others. In this role, you will play a key part in assisting our property managers and real estate agents with a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of administrative or office experience and possess a strong ability to complete tasks reliably and efficiently. An associate degree or similar qualification is preferred. This will be an on-site position. Candidates must be able to reliably report to our office in Boston on a daily basis. Responsibilities: Maintaining organized and up-to-date records within our property management software. Processing work orders for our maintenance staff and providing timely updates to owners and vendors. Receiving and prioritizing maintenance requests from tenants and keeping them informed. Managing incoming calls to the office with professionalism and care. Assisting the principal broker and real estate agents with sales and leasing paperwork. Communicating effectively with vendors. Supporting client networking events. Ordering marketing materials and tracking expense documents. Contributing to our social media initiatives. Qualifications: History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized. High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred. Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues. Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills. Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus. Compensation: $49,000 - $55,000 yearly #J-18808-Ljbffr
