Job Description
Seeking part time individual with significant experience in managing an executive's calander, time and projects. Located in the Washington Crossing area of Bucks County the position will require approximately 10-20 hours weekly (or more, depending upon capabilities and availability of the applicant).
I am attempting to make this position as "employee friendly" as possible, hoping to reach a very talented candidate in the fields listed below, who wishes to work at home the vast majority of the time, BUT can meet for a couple hours weekly in my office as required. The "hours" will "almost always" be dictated by applicant. I have a significant number of projects, appointments and social events to be managed. It will take time and multiple skills to excel at this position, but "for the most part", whether the hours you have available are morning, noon or night, doesn't matter to the position. The meetings at my office and some of the tasks will require face to face time, more than likely during the work day. But that should not be more than once or twice a week for a couple hours.
Responsibilities:
The Daily: A report created each evening for availability early the next AM. Includes:
> Details of "that day's activities" (project achievement goals, appointments, meetings, etc.).
> Review of "Project List" and status of each (candidate will have responsibility for several projects).
> Details of calendar for next 7 days.
> Phone call backlog and priority.
> BASICALLY....YOU WILL BE MY MEMORY BANK AND SOLVER OF MANY ISSUES!
Qualifications:
> References for Executive Assistant/Project Management /Legal Secretary type of work experience.
> High degree of organizational skills!
> Attention to details!
> Personality ameanable to somewhat "unstructured work enviornment" (and scatterbrained boss).
> MAJOR PLUSES: Highly competent in Accounting, I T and Office Software Apps.
