Production Planner

Location: Kansas City, MO area

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Coordinator to manage the fabrication process from start to finish. This includes keeping production on schedule, within budget, and ensuring quality standards are met. Strong project management and communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain production schedules.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and team members.
• Track progress and adjust schedules as needed.
• Communicate with departments and vendors to ensure smooth production.
• Ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain production records and provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2-4 years of production coordination experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with production software and Microsoft Office.

Preferred:

• Experience in fabrication.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing.

Working Conditions:

• May require occasional evening or weekend work.
• Fast-paced, fabrication environment.
