Overview Our client in the telecommunications industry is looking for a Product Manager to join their team! Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid Schedule of 4 days onsite, 1 day remote) Please note this role is not open on C2C or to third-parties. Responsibilities Lead product lifecycle and development initiatives for the companys services and applications. Oversee billing account clean-up, addressing revenue and other system issues. Identify and support automation and process improvements to reduce sale-to-revenue cycle times. Inform and assist with gathering information to translate high-level process goals into specific sub-processes, with appropriate documentation. Develop and execute communication plans for stakeholders and processes. Support the development and communication of product strategies dependent on new services or features. Work with different lines of business on implementing new product strategies. Ideal candidate Experience in product management or product development. Deep understanding of industry best practices in product development processes specific to the telecommunications industry is required. Experience with cable video products and/or systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with database reporting tools such as Access, SQL, MicroStrategy, and Tableau. Familiarity with Salesforce, CSG, and/or ICOMS is a plus.
