Our client, a highly regarded plaintiff-side law firm , is seeking a talented Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its growing team. This firm is recognized for its success in complex consumer and class action litigation across federal courts nationwide and offers the opportunity to work on meaningful, high-impact cases.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of complex litigation , including legal research, motion drafting, discovery, depositions, and court appearances
• Manage a diverse docket of consumer and class action cases in federal courts
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations
• Draft pleadings, briefs, and substantive motions with precision and creativity
• Communicate effectively with clients, co-counsel, and experts throughout the litigation process

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with strong academic achievements
• 3+ years of litigation experience , preferably in complex or class action matters
• Experience handling federal court cases; judicial clerkship experience is a plus
• Excellent writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Admission to practice law in California (or eligibility for prompt admission)
