Interim Healthcare of Rock Hill is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our Home Health team. We offer PartTime and FullTime opportunities with flexible scheduling and the chance to make a meaningful impact in the communities we serve. What We Offer

Responsibilities

• Provide highquality physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist in implementing treatment plans to improve patient mobility, strength, and independence
• Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with home health standards
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and home programs
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient goals

Qualifications

• Active South Carolina PTA license in good standing
• Knowledge of home health regulations preferred
• Strong communication and timemanagement skills
• Ability to work independently in a homebased setting
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
