The Personal Trainer will deliver the member and guest fitness instruction experience to the highest possible level. This key professional role includes world-class fitness instruction including Personal Training, Small Group Training, and Group Exercise Class Instruction. Additionally, it is imperative for the Personal Trainer to consistently contribute to the overall success of the Fitness Department and Club by supporting all aspects of the Fitness Program – including events, fitness activities and membership growth. The Personal Trainer is expected to protect the health and safety of all members, guests and staff, and follow sound fiscal practices to achieve the desired business objectives of each club. Certifications required include National certification for Personal Training obtained by an accredited institution and approved by Fitness Director, CPR and First Aid certification. Minimum of 2 years of experience in health and wellness industry specializing in Personal Training and/or Group Fitness. Skills include creating and delivering innovative fitness instruction, excellent communication, marketing self professionally, working independently, anticipating member needs, organization, professionalism, and business/fiscal responsibilities such as billing and sales.
