We are seeking a Paid Media Marketing Manager to oversee and optimize our paid media campaigns across Google, Bing, and Meta for three brands. You’ll manage a $1.5 million annual budget and play a crucial role in driving performance improvements and growth across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
• Maximize ROI and lead generation through strategic campaign adjustments
• Analyze performance data and develop insights for campaign improvements
• Identify new growth opportunities within paid media channels
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure media strategies align with company goals
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive performance

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in managing PPC campaigns (Google, Bing, Meta)
• Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets experience
• Proven track record of driving performance and ROI in paid media
• Strong data analysis and performance reporting skills
• Experience with budget management
• Familiarity with SEO and how it relates to paid media
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
