Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a qualified NetSuite Administrator to support a large financial client of ours. The pay range for this role falls between $40-$55.00/hr
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to troubleshoot, and resolve NetSuite system, workflow, 3rd party integration, and transaction errors across Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report financial processes. Perform root cause analysis to identify underlying problems.
Complete recurring business-as-usual NetSuite data updates, reconciliations, and documented processes that support ongoing financial operations
Create and update saved searches based on user reporting requirements
Provision user access and roles following system access and security policies
Update operational support process documentation, including fully documenting new or changes to customizations, scripts, workflows, and business processes
Partner with IT Quality Assurance and business u to support testing of bug fixes or new NetSuite functionality

Required Skills & Experience Must have a basic understanding of Accounting principles. Direct support or user experience with Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report financial processes is a plus
Must have 3+ years direct NetSuite system administration experience; including system configuration, resolving user issues, publishing searches, deploying changes across environments, and maintaining integrations
Bachelors degree in business, economics, finance, computer science, system analysis or a related field of study, or equivalent work experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience working with StrongPoint, Kyriba, Concur, Dell Boomi, or Atlassian Jira is a plus
NetSuite certification is a plus; such as SuiteFoundation, Administrator, ERP Consultant, or Financial User certifications
