In this role, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day production of our early morning newscasts. You will also work closely with the Executive Producer and Morning Anchors for a “New, Now, Next” approach to our 5 a.m. and 6 a.m. newscasts. Key Skills Solid news judgment Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask and manage time on an overnight shift Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment Proficiency with non‑linear editing (e.g., Avid) and newsroom systems such as iNews Experience Must have news producing experience at a commercial or university TV station (entry‑level candidates may be considered) A journalism degree is required
