Motobilt Inc., located in Ozark, Alabama is looking for an experienced MIG Welder/Fitter. Do you enjoy working in a team environment? The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in MIG welding, fitting parts together, reading a tape measure, and hand tool experience. Candidates should have knowledge of welding and grinding a variety of thicknesses of sheet metal in a production setting. Welding masters are welcome to apply! In addition to the above-mentioned technical skills, we are looking for someone who possesses the following characteristic traits: attention to detail, organization, fast-paced, self-starter, and a fast learner. Must be able to read tape measure, and be able to use a hammer, wrenches, and all common hand tools. Must pass a MIG WELD TEST. Training schedule: Must be able to train for 2 months on the 1st shift 6 am - 3 pm Monday - Friday. SHIFT TIME: Monday through Thursday 3:00 p.m. until 2:00 a.m. in Ozark, Alabama (once training has been completed on 1st shift). Compensation: $17.00/hr. With bonus options available.
