Benefits: Company parties Competitive salary Employee discounts Flexible schedule Free uniforms Opportunity for advancement Training & development Wellness resources MID LEVEL PERSONAL TRAINERS (Part Time) Mid level Personal Trainer's responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Designing safe, effective and inspiring programs as prescribed via the club's Pro Fitness Program. Building one's personal training clientele from a strong club referral program as well as from personal drive, energy, and ambition. Providing personal training demonstrations and member assistance sessions to clients per protocol of the Pro Fitness Program. Ensuring all administrative duties per protocol of the Pro Fitness Program are completed in a timely manner. Must possess the following attributes: An outgoing, friendly, vivacious and enthusiastic demeanor A mature and professional manner and appearance Excellent organizational skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork A passion for fitness and working with members of all ages Must have the following qualifications: Two national personal training certifications or a fitness-related degree plus one national certification Two years of previous personal training experience Current CPR/AED certification or willingness to certify (free online course provided upon employment acceptance) Ability to work various shifts including weekends, holidays, and in inclement weather Solid references Compensation: Hourly rate of $28-$34 for one-on-one sessions, plus commissions

• 32-$38 per hour for partner sessions
• 15-$21 for 30-minute sessions
