What You'll Do: \n - \n Complete hands-on training: Participate in an immersive training program to gain foundational knowledge and practical skills in design engineering processes.
\n - \n Develop standard drawings: Create and refine standard drawings within a regulated environment, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
\n - \n Project management: Oversee projects from start to finish, including the delivery of approval drawings, manufacturing prints, and bills of materials.
\n - \n 3D modeling and layout creation: Generate detailed 3D assemblies and layout drawings for conveying equipment, ensuring precision and functionality.
\n - \n Pricing model development and quoting: Design pricing models and prepare accurate quotes for custom, made-to-order components to meet client specifications.
\n - \n Collaboration with cross-functional teams: Work closely with manufacturing, sales, and quality teams to align design with production capabilities and customer expectations.
\n - \n Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve design standards, and support cost-saving initiatives.

What You'll Bring: \n - \n Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field is required.
\n - \n Manufacturing experience: Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
\n - \n Mechanical aptitude: Strong technical skills and understanding of mechanical concepts.
\n - \n Drafting software skills: Familiarity with Inventor, AutoCAD, or SolidEdge is a plus.
\n - \n Attention to detail: Highly detail-oriented in all aspects of work.
\n - \n Customer service commitment: Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and upholding Martin's standards.
\n - \n Communication skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

Your Schedule: - 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
