Job Description

• We're seeking a Manual Tester with 2-3 years of experience to join our Agile team. You will be responsible for executing test cases, identifying defects, and ensuring software quality in an Agile environment. You'll work closely with developers and product owners to ensure product functionality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute functional, regression, and smoke tests.
• Write and maintain test cases based on requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects.
• Collaborate with Agile teams on testing and defect resolution.
• Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of manual testing experience in Agile.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred:

• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium) is a plus.
