We're hiring an in-office transaction coordinator who is professional, highly detail-oriented, accurate, and organized to assist our growing real estate team. You’ll manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close, along with various administrative tasks for the team. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, and loves working with people. Compensation: $50,000 yearly plus benefits!

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close
  • Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly
  • Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
  • Enter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file compliance and keep track of transaction activity
  • Schedule various inspections and repairs
  • Help clients and agents stay within required deadlines
  • Pend and close out listings in MLS
  • Review commission documents for accuracy
  • Work as part of the team while completing various admin-related tasks outside of transactions to achieve team goals
Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills
  • Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued
  • High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
