JOB SUMMARY The Leadership Fellow, over a 2-year period, will be involved in early-career leadership development through high-impact, immersive experiences designed to accelerate the development of future enterprise leaders. This role is designed to provide high-potential talent with the chance to rotate through several key departments across the organization, gaining hands-on experience, building cross-functional knowledge, and developing enterprise leadership capabilities. Fellows will contribute to strategic initiatives, collaborate with senior leaders, and receive personalized development support to prepare for future leadership roles within the company.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Participate in 3-4 rotational assignments across departments such as but not limited to Transformation, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Analytics.
- Lead and support strategic projects that align with organizational priorities and deliver measurable impact.
- Monitor assignment or project metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to analyze business problems, develop solutions, and implement change.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders at the conclusion of each rotation.
- Engage in leadership development programming, mentorship, and executive coaching.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and inclusion.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather insights that aid in project completion or change management.
- Promote MBA Rotational program through internal and external channels to aid in the recruitment of future participants.
- Represent the company at national conferences and university engagements.
- Travel will be required during at least one rotational assignment, including travel to NCLH vessels.
- Perform other job-related functions as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS DEGREE TYPE: Master's Degree
FIELD(S) OF STUDY: MBA from an accredited institution; Specialized master's degrees in business-related fields (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Analytics, Strategy) may be considered.
EXPERIENCE - Minimum of 3 years of professional working experience prior to graduate studies, preferably in consulting, corporate strategy, operations, or other business functions.

- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for learning, collaboration, and driving results in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES Preferred Certifications:
- Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt)
