This entry level land acquisition and real estate position is an exciting opportunity to join a successful public homebuilder and begin to build the foundation of your real estate and land acquisition career.
Position Summary
We are currently seeking a qualified Land Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this position, the recent college graduate will be hired and will spend, at least, 3-6 months of employment in our Real Estate/Land Acquisition Training Program in Denver, CO. After successful completion of the training program, the employee will then be placed into a Land Acquisition role in one of our homebuilding divisions across the country.
The Land Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in the companys Land functions and assist in evaluating land acquisition opportunities.
