Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Analyst to join our Governance, Risk, and Compliance team. The ideal candidate will be interested in developing their skills in risk management and compliance, supporting the implementation of internal controls and monitoring regulatory compliance. This is an excellent opportunity to start or advance your career in GRC by working on strategic projects and collaborating with various areas of the organization. We seek someone with strong analytical skills, organization, and proactivity to contribute to the company’s compliance culture. Responsibilities Support the mapping and monitoring of corporate risks Assist in the development and updating of internal policies and procedures Conduct compliance checks and internal controls Prepare compliance reports and risk indicators Collaborate in the implementation of governance frameworks Support internal and external audits Identify opportunities for improvement in GRC processes Maintain updated documentation of controls and procedures Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Law, Technology, Accounting, or related fields Basic knowledge in risk management and compliance Analytical mindset and attention to detail Written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Excel and Office tools Ability to work both in a team and independently Will be a plus Previous experience in auditing, internal controls, or compliance Knowledge of regulations (ISO 27001, LGPD, sector-specific standards) Certifications in GRC, auditing, or risk management Intermediate/advanced English Hiring Model: “CLT” Home office allowance (R$100.00/month) Birthday Day Off Access to ALURA (technical and personal/professional development courses) Equipment needed to carry out the activities Fully remote position, with opportunities to visit the office in São Paulo when possible/wanted About the company WE ARE LEADERS!
