What You’ll Do:

• Cultivate and convert new advisor relationships through a targeted outbound strategy—phone, email, virtual, and in-person outreach.
• Partner closely with a Regional Director (External Wholesaler) to deliver an exceptional advisor experience and drive asset growth across your territory.
• Onboard new advisors and guide them through product training, investment tools, and business planning.
• Offer consultative support to financial professionals, helping them build more consistent, client-focused practices.
• Leverage proprietary investment tools and industry insights, including capital markets research and proposal generation.
• Use data to prioritize outreach and deepen relationships with advisors who align with our value proposition.
• Travel as needed (up to 1x p/quarter) to strengthen advisor partnerships and support key events.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) preferred. Series 6 and 63 will be considered.
• 3–5 years of experience in asset management, financial services, or a related sales/client-facing role.
• Strong understanding of investment products, financial concepts, and advisor needs.
• A consultative, relationship-first approach to sales and service.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Confidence using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and a readiness to learn firm-specific tools.
• Highly self-directed with a strong sense of initiative, follow-through, and organization.
• Must be located in the Milwaukee area or open to a relocation (relocation assistance provided)
