Robert Half is partnering with a national company seeking an In House Litigation Paralegal for its Miami-based legal department. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation paralegal looking to transition in-house and broaden their experience. The role is primarily focused on litigation, with the opportunity to be trained in corporate and real estate matters. You will join a dynamic legal team and work in a supportive, non-billable environment. The position offers a base salary of up to $150,000, 100% employer-paid health insurance, annual bonus eligibility, 401(k) with company contribution, and hybrid remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities – Litigation:

• Lead and manage discovery efforts in complex multi-district litigation matters
• Coordinate internal document collection with custodians, experts, and third parties
• Conduct document review and tagging for relevance, responsiveness, and privilege
• Maintain litigation calendars and track deadlines across multiple matters
• Draft and proofread pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
• Organize pleadings, case files, and prepare comprehensive litigation binders

Training Provided – Corporate & Real Estate Support:

• Review and summarize contracts and support contract lifecycle tracking
• Assist with real estate transactions, including lease and title review
• Support due diligence and closing documentation coordination

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program
• 4+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in a law firm or in-house legal department
• Experience leading discovery processes and managing high-volume documentation
• Proficiency in Digital War Room or similar litigation support platforms , Microsoft Office
